Steven Fischer is the Senior Market Research Manager at EducationDynamics. Steven is responsible for creating, programming, testing, and monitoring primary market research surveys, as well as drafting preliminary analysis. Additionally, Steven develops methodologies and executes secondary research using data from NCES, the U.S. Labor Department, and other sources. Prior to coming to EducationDynamics, Steven started his career as a research assistant at Rutgers University Heldrich Center for Workforce Development. He is a loyal alum of Muhlenberg College and Lehigh University.

Carol B. Aslanian is Founder and President of Aslanian Market Research, a Division of EducationDynamics. She is a national authority on the characteristics and learning patterns of adult and online college undergraduate and graduate students. She has made hundreds of presentations to national audiences and has authored numerous articles and reports on the topic. For more than 20 years, she led the College Board’s Office of Adult Learning Services. Ms. Aslanian has led market research projects for more than 300 colleges, universities, and educational agencies. She is an alumna of Cornell University and Harvard University.

Director of Analytics & Business Intelligence

Katie Tomlinson is the Master of Math and the Guru of graphs. She is EducationDynamics’ Diva of Data. Amazon is jealous of the warehouse that Katie uses to store and serve EDDY’s data. As the Senior Director of Analytics and Business Intelligence, Katie oversees data management and reporting, and enables EDDY’s complex optimization efforts. On the rare occasion, she does rest, Katie dreams in binary code.

As President of Enrollment Management Services, Greg is responsible for leading EducationDynamics’ expansion efforts into not-for-profit education markets. He also heads the development of new product enrollment management services while leading contact center services and operations. With over 20 years of experience in general management, business development, product development, and marketing in the education industry, Greg has had roles with Cengage Learning and Thomson Reuters. He was Vice President and General Manager of Cengage Learning’s Professional division, where he had full P&L responsibility and headed all functions of a 46-member team.
